We machine parts to your drawing in our own shop — milling, turning, wire EDM, and the fixtures that hold the work. Send a STEP or PDF with the material, quantity and tolerance and you get a quote with DFM notes back within 24 hours on business days.

The Same Inspection Room Checks Every Process

Milled, turned and wire-cut parts all pass through one inspection room before they are packed. The method for each critical feature is agreed with you at quoting and listed on the part page afterwards.

  • Height gauge on a granite surface plate for flatness, height and step dimensions
  • Vision measuring system for hole patterns, slot widths and wire-cut profiles
  • Hardness testing on tool steel inserts, CMM and first article reports on request
