Videos In Preparation
We are filming the shop: milling and turning setups, wire EDM, CMM inspection, anodizing and export packing. Tell us which step you want to see and we will send the footage directly.
We Will Film The Run And Send You The Footage
On production orders we record the setup, the cut and the inspection so you can see the parts before they ship. Send the drawing with the material and the quantity and ask for it when you place the order.
Four Things A Buyer Actually Wants To See
Not a corporate reel. These are the four moments that tell you whether a shop can hold your drawing.
The Setup
How the part is held, how many setups it takes and which datum the whole drawing hangs off. Fixturing is where most tolerance problems start.
The Cut
Roughing and finishing passes on the real machine, with the material and the tooling named. You can hear whether the machine is being pushed or run properly.
The Inspection
CMM runs, height gauges, thread gauges and surface checks, with the feature being measured stated on screen. This is the evidence that ships with the parts.
The Packing
How parts are cleaned, separated and boxed for export, and what paperwork goes in the carton. Damage in transit is a supplier problem, not a courier problem.
